We write to inform you that we have deducted from your account “Player Withholding Tax” in the amount of €9.97/$13.56 based on your profits of €166.50/$226.31 for the gaming session that occurred between 7am on 30th Nov 2013 and 6:59am on 1st Dec 2013. 

The rates of Player Withholding Tax are as follows: 

No tax will be withheld for profits up to and including €100 
15% tax for profits from €100.01 to €500 
20% tax on profits over €500 

This is in accordance to Greek law which requires that tax be withheld from profits obtained by you in a “Player Withholding Gaming Session”. Based on our central IT system, a “Player Withholding Gaming Session” is the 24 hour period ending at 6:59am EET – Greek Time each day. 

Player Withholding Tax Profits are required by Greek law to be determined in Euros. Accordingly, relevant amounts relating to non-Euro real money games are converted to Euros using applicable daily exchange rates.
