Παρά το γεγονός ότι με το σπάσιμο των άσσων του έχασε πολύ μεγάλο μέρος από το stack του, κατάφερε να ανακάμψει και να ανακτήσει και πάλι το chip lead. Αργότερα όμως εξελίχθηκε η παρακάτω παρτίδα που ουσιαστικά τον καταδίκασε, αφού τον έριξε ξανά πολύ χαμηλά. Παρτίδα που όπως χαρακτηριστικά γράφει το pokernews θα τη δείχνουν για πολλά χρόνια...At right about 5 a.m. the hand that is sure to be replayed on television for years to come took place.
