Σημερα το pokerstars ειχε τεχνικα προβληματα με αποτελεσμα σε καποια τουρνουα μου να χασω το timebank χωρις να εχω κανει χρηση του.

Εκανα request gia admin και εστειλα αμεσως mail στο support και αυτη ηταν η απαντηση που ελαβα.Το ποσταρω εδω γιατι ισως και αλλοι να επηρρεαστηκαν απο αυτο το τεχνικο θεμα,οποτε μπορουν να κανουν ενα request και αν οντως ισχυει θα αποζημιωθουν οπως λεει και το mail.

3. Name of the tournament

Και εγώ συμμετείχα σε τουρνουά εκείνη την στιγμή που η συγκεκριμένη εταιρία είχε πρόβλημα .Έστειλα κανονικά τα refund mail που απαιτούνται με όλα τα στοιχεία κλπ και σήμερα 3 ημέρες μετά πήρα αυτό το mail

Εγώ είχα παραγγείλει μια μπλούζα και τους είχα στείλει mail επειδή αργησε να ερθει και μου είπαν να τους ξαναπώ τα στοιχεία μου να μου στείλουν άλλη!!!και μου ζήτησαν και συγγνωμη...

Την επόμενη ήρθε η μπλούζα βέβαια αλλά πραγματικά το support είναι απίστευτο...
