the BB is fish- losing player with 30/12 . he thought a whille befor calling on BB so i never think its a pp here, and because of his image most probably 2random cards (and maybe AJ thinking for a 3bet- squaze).

It is important to note that 7 hands befor i doubled him up, i raised UTG with QQ he called on BB flop came 468 and on a 27k pot i bet 8k and he spaz out with A4, i insta call an he rivered a 4.
